Preflect Affiliate Policy

Welcome to Preflect's Affiliate Program. Please read this policy carefully to understand the rules that govern our program:

1. No PPC Advertising: Affiliates are not allowed to engage in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising related to Preflect or any variation of it.

2. Limit of Commissions: Affiliates can only receive one commission per referred customer. Referred customers can likewise only receive one bonus/incentive each. A customer can only be referred by one affiliate; Preflect selects which affiliate receives credit at our sole discretion. Additional purchases or subscriptions by the same customer will not result in extra commissions.

3. No Self-Referral or Affiliated Business Referral: Affiliates cannot refer themselves or businesses they are significantly involved with, including as owners, operators, employees, or investors.

4. Spirit of Program: Preflect may, at our sole discretion, refuse any affiliate payment that we believe does not comply with the spirit of our program.

5. Not Retroactive: Referrals cannot be made retroactively. All referring affiliates must be declared by the referred customer prior to launching ads, and the referral must have been made prior to the customer's first sales/demo call.

6. Lead Qualification: Referrals will be vetted by Preflect and may be denied access to our services at our sole discretion. Common reasons for denial include referrals that operate in prohibited industries such as tobacco, CBD, gaming, adult, and medical.

7. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify our Affiliate Policy as needed. Updates will be posted on our website. By participating in the Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to comply with and be legally bound by this policy. If you disagree with any part of the policy, please discontinue participation in our Affiliate Program.
